A few months ago, I decided to step down from my position as General Manager at the cosmetic company I worked for, to fully dedicate myself to Fabiano&Castaldo. In this new chapter of my life, I felt the need to share what I’ve learned over the years in the beauty industry, offering insights, advice, and opinions alongside partners and industry experts. Thus, my blog dedicated to beauty and wellness was born.
Madame My Beauty is the affectionate nickname given to me by a communications agency I collaborated with, a name I embraced immediately because it perfectly captures my vision of beauty. When it came time to name the blog and the connected project, I had no doubts about the choice.
Madame My Beauty is a column that’s part of a larger project, but it’s also my personal blog. It’s a space I created to give voice to a community of people who share the same values. It’s for those who, like me, love feeling beautiful but strive to LET their essence EMERGE with determination and a discreet appearance, perfectly in line with the Demure Style. Madame My Beauty follows the principles of my ESSERE method, which I co-developed with Giovanni Fabiano. This method represents my life philosophy and is the foundation of my projects: a program that highlights each individual’s unique qualities, rejecting standardized stereotypes. It’s an invitation to celebrate yourself, to enhance your characteristics, and to find your authentic beauty because everyone deserves to feel beautiful in their uniqueness.
Madame My Beauty was also created with Giovanni Fabiano; our 15-year partnership has been crucial to the success of all my initiatives. Within the blog, you’ll find various sections personally curated by me or by the many professionals who make up my Dream Team. Among these, I want to highlight:

The project also includes the publication of catalogs in both print and digital formats, which delve deeper into the topics, products, and services covered in the blog. Additionally, I am working on a series of novels dedicated to the relationship between women, beauty, and their true selves. The characters are loosely based on real people, often myself, and tell experiences in the worlds of beauty, wellness, and fashion
